- Pincho Nation Stavanger’s last opening day is 30 January. The restaurant will be closed from 31 January. We are fully booked from 15–30 January, but guests are welcome to join the waitlist in case of cancellations. Please note that we do not offer drop-in tables during this period. The menu will be reduced and may vary, and some dishes may sell out. The kitchen closes approximately 1.5 hours before the restaurant's closing time.
